PATCHS is Changing – SystmConnect from 7th October
A simpler way to contact us online – SystmConnect
From Wednesday 7th October, Manor Medical Practice will be replacing PATCHS with SystmConnect, a simpler and quicker way to contact the practice online.
SystmConnect is designed to be straightforward to use. There is no app to download and no separate SystmConnect account to create, simply visit our website, click on the banner, answer a few questions about what you need help with and send your request to the practice.
What can I use SystmConnect for?
You will be able to use SystmConnect for a wide range of medical and administrative requests, including:
- a medical problem or symptom
- requesting a GP appointment or clinical advice
- fit notes
- medication queries
- administrative requests
- questions about your care.
The questions you are asked will depend on what you need help with, so you only need to provide the information relevant to your request. This helps our team understand what you need and make sure your request is dealt with appropriately.
How do I use it?
From 7th October, simply visit the Manor Medical Practice website and click the SystmConnect banner, which will replace the current PATCHS banner.
You can also select Contact the Practice from our website.
SystmConnect can be accessed using a smartphone, tablet or computer, and there is no separate app to download.
What if I can’t use SystmConnect?
Don’t worry, you can still telephone us on 01274 484111 or speak to our reception team in person.
If you are unable to complete a SystmConnect request yourself, a member of our reception team can ask you the relevant questions and submit the request on your behalf.
You will not be disadvantaged if you are unable to use the online service.
What about nurse appointments?
Appointments with our nursing and other healthcare teams can continue to be booked directly through our reception team where appropriate.
What happens to PATCHS?
PATCHS will be replaced by SystmConnect from 7th October.
There is nothing you need to do in advance. From 7th October, the PATCHS banner on our website will be replaced with SystmConnect, simply click the new banner and follow the questions on screen.
Until 7th October, please continue to use PATCHS as usual.
