Who do I see?
Urgent and Routine appointments
To book an appointment, please visit https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/l81084 – or click the contact us online banner above.
If you require a doctor’s appointment and your issue is urgent or non-urgent please log an online consultation.
Most GP appointments will be face to face appointments, you can request a telephone triage appointment but during the online triage process if its a condition where a GP will need to see you face to face, you will be asked to come into the surgery
In addition to our team of doctors, we have a number of specialist clinicians on our team. We also work in partnership with other services in the community. In order to ensure your online request is triaged to the most appropriate specialty, our patient navigation team may call you for some discreet questions about your condition. Please help them by giving as much information as you can.
Cancelling your appointment
Please could you help us by ensuring that you let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment. Wasted appointments lead to an increase in waiting time for other patients.

To assist those patients who are not able to attend the surgery for appointments during normal opening hours due to work or caring commitments, we are pleased to advise that we offer late appointments every week on either a Monday or a Wednesday, from 18:30 – 20:00.
These appointments are intended for routine, pre-booked appointments and are usually offered with a practice nurse or a doctor.
We also offer early morning appointments with a nurse or health care assistant on week days from 07:00.
Home Visits
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability. Most visits are carried out by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10.30am if you require a home visit.
Our nurse will phone you back as it may be possible to deal with your problem over the telephone with advice, or it may be more appropriate to send a clinician, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
Please be aware that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit, so please do not request this service if you are able to visit the Practice.
Have a look at our Patient Information Leaflet about Home Visits.
