Named GP
We are required to provide all our patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you.
As one of our patients, Dr Asad Zaman will be your named GP. He will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you but this does not prevent you from seeing any other GP in the practice.
Access to Medical Records
The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 2018. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with the act. Please contact the practice manager or assistant practice manager for further information.
