Whether you make your request by phone, online or visiting your practice, you may be asked to give your practice some details so that they can assess what is best for you based on your clinical need. The practice team will consider your request for an appointment or medical advice and tell you within one working day what will happen next.

All requests will be directed into a single inbox, where our Care Navigators will review them. They will:

This approach replaces the old “first come, first served” model, creating a fairer system where patients are seen based on clinical need rather than call times. This means that those who need urgent support will be prioritised, while others may be booked in over the following days or directed to the most suitable service provider.
