You can easily request admin support by clicking the banner above.
Choose one of the “Admin request” options to fit your request.
Admin requests include:
- Doctor’s letter
- Fit note (sick note)
- Test results
- Medication requests
- Other admin requests (such as subject access requests, referral follow-ups etc)
These requests are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to respond to all admin requests within 3 working days.
