If you need help when we are closed
111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.
Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:
- Treat yourself at home
- Go to a Primary Care Centre
If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Physical accessibility
The surgery is purpose built and single storey, completed in 1986. It is situated at the top of Church Lane, which is a turning off the High Street entrance to the Car Park.
The Entrance and all rooms are accessible to patients in wheelchairs, and there is a disabled lavatory.
Please tell the receptionist if you need any special help when you phone for an appointment.
We now have automatic doors at the front of the building for ease of use.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please put your concerns in writing and address to the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
