The surgery is on one level and there are toilet facilities for the disabled.
Upon request, we can also provide an audio induction loop, easy-to-read materials and interpreters for a variety of languages, including British Sign Language.

There are no parking facilities for patients at the surgery unless they are disabled. Patients are asked to use the free public car parks on Queen Street and Church Street. Please do not park on Crown Street. This ensures that our neighbours can park outside their own homes.

Complaints

Every patient has the right to make a complaint about the treatment or care they have received at this practice. We understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encountered, we will be able to improve our services and patient experience. You will not be discriminated against by making a complaint.

How to make a complaint:

Verbal: speak to a staff member who will assist you where possible or ask to speak to the Complaints Manager.
Written: send or bring a letter into the practice; send an email to the practice; or collect a complaint form from reception.

If you do not want to speak to a member of our staff, you can direct your complaint to the Integrated Care Board (ICB) who will contact us on your behalf:

Third-Party Complaints:

We allow third parties to make a complaint on behalf of a patient. The patient must provide consent for them to do so.  A third-party patient complaint form is available from reception.

Further Action:

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
