If you are calling between 6.30pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday please contact the NHS 111 service. To do this dial 111 from your handset. This call is free from landlines and mobiles
Physical accessibility
We have two parking spaces at the front of the building that are marked for the disabled. The surgery is on one level and there are toilet facilities for the disabled.
Parking
There are no parking facilities for patients at the surgery unless they are disabled. Patients are requested to use the free public car parks on Queen Street and Church Street. Please do not park on Crown Street. This ensures that our neighbours can park outside their own homes.
How to make a complaint
We always try to provide the best services possible but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. Our in-house complaints procedure is not able to deal with questions of legal liability or compensation. We hope you will use it to allow us to look into and, if necessary, correct any problems that you have identified or mistakes that have been made. If you use this procedure it does not affect your right to complain to NHS England. If you wish to make a complaint please make an appointment with our Practice Manager. Full details will be taken and a decision made on how best to deal with the complaint. You will not be discriminated against by making a complaint.
