Patient Participation Group

Welcome to the Patient Participation Group (PPG) page of the Park Surgery website.

Members of the PPG are all patients and we meet approximately every four months usually in the evening, for about one and a half hours. At our meetings we discuss changes and issues relating to the Practice and to the wider health service with the Practice Manager and Doctors.

Our PPG also carry out a survey in practice towards the end of every year. This provides invaluable feedback to enable us to shape the services we provide.

We display the minutes of our meetings in this section of our webiste, as well as results of recent surveys. If you would like to get involved please feel free to come along to our next meeting (contact reception for more information).
