When calling the service

When you call the service, the receptionist will ask for your name and date of birth to access your medical records. This information is necessary to assist with your request, whether it’s booking an appointment, requesting test results, asking for medical advice, or addressing any other healthcare needs. Without these details, the receptionist may be unable to support your requests.

If you are calling on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have their information ready. However, please note that we cannot discuss any details regarding the individual unless their medical records contain signed consent permitting us to do so.
