If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical advice outside of normal working hours, you can contact NHS 111.
If you need medical advice and you cannot contact the surgery NHS 111 is also available during surgery working hours.
The Coventry NHS Healthcare and Walk-in Centre is also available to our patients.
Physical accessibility
Our practice offers the following facilities:
- Wheelchair access: All facilities on the ground floor and there is good disabled access.
- Two parking spaces are reserved for blue badge holders.
- Disabled WC.
- Car Parking: We have parking but it is limited on site but there is plenty of street parking
- Languages: Interpreters are available for several different languages – Please ask at Reception or when booking your appointment online.
- An Induction Loop is Available

How to make a complaint
We aim to give a friendly and professional service for everyone who attends our practice. However, if for any reason you feel that our service has been below the standard you would expect then you can make a complaint. We take all complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the surgery, either by telephone, email or in writing, who will make every effort to respond to your concerns as soon as possible.
