If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Physical accessibility
Our practices are accessible to patients with different access needs as follows:
- Wheelchair accessible, all patient facilities on ground floor and wheelchairs available to borrow whilst at our practices for an appointment
- Auto opening doors to waiting areas
- Reception desk has wheelchair access
- Portable induction loop system to aid the deaf and hearing impaired available at reception desks and signed
- Disabled Car Parking and step free access from car park
- Translation services available including British Sign Language
- Accessible toilet facilities

How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
To pursue a complaint please contact the Practice and the practice manager will deal with your concerns appropriately.
