SWAG provide a volunteer transport service for patients who have difficulties attending GP and Hospital appointments.

Brockenhurst Care Group provide also provide a volunteer transport service.

Non-Emergency Ambulance Patient Transport for Hospital Outpatients
This service (NEPTS) is now a patient-led booking process. You can book online via the website below. However, if it is your first use of this service you will need to book via telephone in order to be set up on their system (0300 123 9833).
Please note you must meet the eligibility criteria to access this service.
