If you need help when we are closed
In an emergency at night, during the weekends, Bank Holidays and when the surgery is closed You can call 111, Out of Hours on 020 7540 9949 after 6:30pm and on Saturday 9am to 5pm or 999 if you need urgent assistance.
If you are having chest pain or are having difficulty in breathing please call 999.
NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do. For children under 5 call 111
Physical accessibility
There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
How to make a complaint
We have a Practice based Complaints Procedure.
If you are not happy with any service, please send an email to the Practice Manager via surgery email nelondonicb.EastEndMC@nhs.net.
We aim to acknowledge you complaint in two working days and send you a response after 30 days of the acknowledgement.
Any suggestions, comments or compliments from patients to improve our services are always welcome.
