Who do I see?
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:
- use Anima Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm. We will respond within 4 hours during opening times
- phone us on 01268 682303, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book a screening test or vaccination
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Urgent Appointments
To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):
- use Anima Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm. We will respond within 4 hours during opening times
- phone us on 01268 682303, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

Cancelling your appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- using the GP online system – SystmOnline
- phone us on 01268 682303, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
Extended Access
Patients can now book a weekend/bank holiday appointment with a GP or a Practice Nurse. The service will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00 am to 15.00 pm.
During Bank Holidays please call for details, this service will also be available over the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Please contact your own GP practice to book an advance appointment. This service is available to patients who are registered at participating surgeries.
Home Visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice before 11am.
