If you need help when we are closed
An out of hours service operates between the weekday hours of 6:30pm – 8:00am and for 24 hours at weekends.
You can contact our out of hours service by telephoning 111.
By calling the surgery on 01268 542 901 an answerphone message will provide you with the number to call. This service is for emergencies only.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Physical accessibility
We will make every reasonable effort to make the sugery accessible for disabled patients here.
At the surgery we have access through the main door as well as a wheelchair available for use in surgery.
If you would like to inform us of a disability, please complete our Disability Awareness Form and hand it in at reception.

How to make a complaint
Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. However, if you have discovered or encountered a problem with the practice or the care provided, we are happy to listen to any comments or complaints as to how we can improve the practice going forward. If you do have a comment or a complaint, please complete one of our forms either online, or by printing off and dropping it off at the surgery reception.
If it is a complaint you wish to make, please ensure the complaint is enclosed within an envelope and addressed to the Practice Manager, to ensure privacy.
