NHS Adult ADHD Assessments
Patients in Rotherham can now self-refer into the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) service without the need to see a GP.
“What is the ADHD service?”
The ADHD service assists adults who suspect they have symptoms of ADHD and seek support for their wellbeing.
This service is for adults aged 18 and above, or those transitioning from children’s services, can access the service.
- Specialist assessment and diagnosis
- Signposting support
- Medication management
- Physical health monitoring
- Intervention for people with existing diagnosis

Complete the self-referral form provided by RDaSH Neurodiversity Service.
