Ear Care and Audiology

Hearing Aid Batteries/Tubing Replacements – Complete the self-service request form.

Primary Ear Care Centre – Self-refer by calling 01709 423207.

Audiology Service – Patients over the age of 55 can self-refer by calling 01709 423145.


Continence

Continence Advisory Service – For problems with incontinence of your bladder or bowel, complete the self-referral form, call 01709 423240 or visit their website.


Speech and Language Therapy

Adult SLT – Assess and treat swallowing and communication problems including voice difficulties and stammering. Please complete the self-referral form or call 01709 427015.

Children SLT – Help children and young people aged between 0 and 19 who have speech, language and communication difficulties, or eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. Complete and return the self-referral form on their website.


Mental Health and Counselling

NHS Talking Therapies – Free NHS talking therapies for adults with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Complete the self-referral form on their website.
