Our Nursing Team provides a wide range of services. In many cases, you can book directly with a nurse without needing to see a GP first.
What can I book with a nurse?
You can book directly for the following:
- Smear tests (Cervical Screening)
- Ear care
- Contraception advice and services
- Blood tests (if requested by a GP)
- Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
(for female patients over 65 or with complex symptoms) - Chest infections
- Baby vaccinations
- Travel vaccinations (after attending a travel clinic for advice), or for more information on Travel Vaccinations at the practice, please see Travel Vaccinations)
- Other routine vaccinations
- Wound checks
- Wound dressings
- ECGs (if requested by a GP)
- Telederm appointments (if requested by a GP)
