If you need help when we are closed
We advise you visit 111 Online outside of working hours for medical advice.
Planned Closures
The practice closes for staff training on afternoons once a month and every Tuesday between 12noon and 1pm. During the planned closures, for any urgent queries please contact NHS 111.
The practice also closes one Thursday afternoon each month for staff training from 12pm onwards.
The University Health Centre branch opening times are occasionally more restricted during vacations.
Physical accessibility
The practice is equipped with facilities for the disabled e.g. access ramps and double doors.
If you anticipate any difficulty, please contact reception prior to your visit.
Disabled car parking spaces are also provided. We hope that they will be available for disabled patients and/or their carers when visiting the practice.
Car Parking
Our surgery car park is provided for your use when attending the practice. We would ask that disabled car parking bays remain available for patients with mobility problems, and/or their carers when escorting them to and from the practice.
We would ask the entrance to the practice car park is kept clear at all times to prevent blocking access for Visitors, Practice Staff and Emergency Services attending the practice.
