Stort Valley Healthcare is pleased to introduce a free physical health program in conjunction with Vision Fitness Gym.<\/p>\n

Any patients deemed medically fit to exercise.<\/p>\n

Patients registered in Bishop\u2019s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth or Much Hadham who would like to improve their mobility, physical and mental well-being with a tailored 5 week programme.<\/p>\n

In particular we are offering this service to any patients who are awaiting joint replacement surgery, and y<\/span>oung people aged 16-25.<\/p>\n

Please speak to your registered GP surgery for details of how to access the coaching programme.\u00a0 You will be contacted by a coach at Vision Fitness to book your sessions and answer any questions you may have.<\/p>\n
