Stort Valley & Villages Primary Care Network works in collaboration with local businesses to offer a range of community events and services dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of local patients.
Stort Valley Healthcare is pleased to introduce a free physical health program in conjunction with Vision Fitness Gym.
Eligibility
Any patients deemed medically fit to exercise.
Patients registered in Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth or Much Hadham who would like to improve their mobility, physical and mental well-being with a tailored 5 week programme.
In particular we are offering this service to any patients who are awaiting joint replacement surgery, and young people aged 16-25.
Please speak to your registered GP surgery for details of how to access the coaching programme. You will be contacted by a coach at Vision Fitness to book your sessions and answer any questions you may have.
