We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.<\/p>\n

To help us with this, we have set up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys short so it shouldn\u2019t take too much of your time. We appreciate how difficult it can be to attend meetings held at particular times and are therefore happy for our patients to submit suggestions for discussion via email : walccg.lockstownpractice@nhs.net<\/a>. <\/strong>Any meetings arranged, either face to face or virtual will be advertised on our noticeboard in the surgery or on the website<\/p>\n

Our next PPG meeting will be held on Thursday 26th February 2026 at 12.30pm at the practice. <\/strong><\/p>\n
