Meningitis outbreak

We are aware that the recent meningitis (MenB) outbreak in Kent has caused understandable concern. We would like to advise that the MenB vaccine is not routinely available to everyone.

If you have NOT been contacted in relation to the outbreak from Kent to say you are eligible for vaccination, you do not need a MenB vaccine at this time. Please do NOT contact your GP Practice to request a vaccine unless you have been specifically advised you are eligible.
