What We Do<\/h2>\n

Inclusion Health Devon caters exclusively for Exeter\u2019s & Barnstaple’s homeless and vulnerably housed. Co-located within the Co-Lab in Exeter and the Freedom Centre in Barnstaple working alongside\u00a0other agencies\u00a0 to deliver more efficient and streamlined support for their client groups.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span>Having a GP surgery dedicated to caring for the homeless and vulnerably housed under the same roof as housing, support, mental health, and probation services, as well as a number of other voluntary agencies, has empowered the Inclusion Health Devon to change for the better the lives of some of the city\u2019s most disadvantaged residents.<\/p>\n\"Shutterstock\n
