Inclusion Health Devon CIC provides GP services for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed in the Exeter and Barnstaple areas of Devon.

Registering in Person
Registration is simple, and many patients find it easier to register by visiting us in person.
Paper forms are available from reception, and our team is always happy to help.
If reading or writing is difficult for you, that’s not a problem. We will support you with the process. Our outreach nurses can also help register rough sleepers directly in the community.

Named GP
In line with NHS England and British Medical Association requirements, all patients are allocated to a named, accountable GP at the point of registration. Patients can and should feel free to choose to see any GP or other clinician in the practice.
