Young Carers -The Carer’s Support Centre<\/h2>\n

They support children and young people aged 8 to 18 in Bristol and South Glos who provide substantial care for a family member who is ill, diasbled or misusing substances.
\nThey work with families and give one-to-one support to individual young carers, they also provide social activities and outings, they
\nwork with professionals and agencies.<\/p>\n

Referrals can be made by any professioanl or by families themselves. Please contact them or visit their website for referral forms. Leaflets are available upon request.<\/p>\n
