It&#8217;s important to top up your protection if you&#8217;re eligible.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"3uea6\">Getting the COVID-19 vaccine can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-block-key=\"f6q72\">help reduce your risk of getting severe symptoms<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"e0sdq\">help you recover more quickly if you catch COVID-19<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"1egqe\">help reduce your risk of having to go to hospital or dying from COVID-19<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"c6hri\">protect against different types of COVID-19 virus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"who-its-for\">Who should have the COVID-19 vaccine<\/h2>\n<p data-block-key=\"hcp22\">You can get a COVID-19 vaccine this spring if you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-block-key=\"clm62\">are aged 75 or over (including those who will be 75 by 30 June 2026)<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"5tn5\">are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"5pgj5\">live in a care home for older adults<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information about the Covid-19 vaccine, please visit the NHS website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/vaccinations\/covid-19-vaccine\/\">COVID-19 vaccine &#8211; NHS<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"who-its-for\">Invitations:<\/h2>\n<p>We will be sending out invitations in due course via text or phone call.
