This might be having someone to chat to when you need to, or help to navigate local services that could benefit you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">When you book an appointment with our social prescriber, you can talk about whatever is on your mind right now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our social prescriber will help residents of Brighton and Hove who are aged 18+ and experiencing any of the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"defaultList bullet\">\n<li>Feeling isolated and would like to socialise and meet new people<\/li>\n<li>Struggling with benefits, housing or debt issues<\/li>\n<li>Would like support with mild depression, anxiety or stress<\/li>\n<li>Want to volunteer or to return to work<\/li>\n<li>Looking for support with mild learning disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Caring for someone and would like some advice or support<\/li>\n<li>Want support with healthy eating and physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"\">Our clinicians may speak to you about this service if they feel you may benefit.
