All these services can\u00a0be accessed in normal nurse\/ consultation sessions for your convenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diabetes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our nurses are trained in diabetic care and will provide you with a care plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asthma &amp; COPD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Advice and support from our nurses as well as routine checks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stop Smoking Advice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please contact your local pharmacy or alternatively contact The Healthy Lifestyle Team at Brighton and &amp; Hove City Council, link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brighton-hove.gov.uk\/health-and-wellbeing\/support-improve-your-health\/help-stop-smoking\">Help to stop smoking (brighton-hove.gov.uk)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Child Health and Immunisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All children are invited for routine vaccinations with our nurses.\u00a0 Our GPs carry out routine developmental checks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emotional Wellbeing Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you have a diagnosed mental illness, or are having difficulties with your mental health and wellbeing?
