Please ask at reception for an appointment (which will be subject to availability at the time, given current pressures and demands on the Practice).<\/p>\n<h3>Health Checks<\/h3>\n<p>A general health check are available as follows:<\/p>\n<p>NHS Health check<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aged 40-74 (no other conditions, every 5 years)<\/li>\n<li>Well Woman<\/li>\n<li>Well Man<\/li>\n<li>aged 75 and over (who has not seen a GP in the last year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>General checks will be carried out as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Blood pressure, blood tests (as appropriate), Height and Weight, Lifestyle advice, Tetanus status.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Family Planning We provide a full range of family planning services including coils; caps and implanon.
