We are currently looking to recruit patients of Ballards Walk Surgery to join our Patient Participation Group.<\/p>\n
Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and possibly one or more of the GPs from a practice. PPGs meet online to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice<\/p>\n
If this is something that you are interested in, please discuss this with one of the receptionists at the surgery and we will be happy to take down your details and pass to the Practice Manager.<\/p>\n
Our Group meets every couple of months to discuss things that are happening within the surgery and things we can do as a group to improve the patients experience. All patients are very welcome to join us.<\/p>\n
We also have a virtual group of patients who have given us their e-mail address who we e-mail the minutes of our meeting to and who we ask for any ideas on improving our services, again, we would once again welcome any patients to join us.<\/p>\n
