Is your child eligible for an MMRV vaccine?
Children born between 1/1/2020 – 31/8/22 are now offered a single dose of MMRV vaccine to help protect against chickenpox.
Children should have the MMRV vaccine if they have not had chickenpox before or they have not been vaccinated against chickenpox (2 doses)
If your child has already had chickenpox, or been vaccinated against chickenpox, they will not benefit from this MMRV catch-up dose.
