nhsuk-u-margin-bottom-3\">Healthy Living is a free, online NHS programme that supports people to live well with type 2 diabetes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nhsuk-body nhsuk-u-margin-bottom-3\">It includes information and advice about:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"nhsuk-list nhsuk-list--bullet\">\n<li>type 2 diabetes<\/li>\n<li>eating well<\/li>\n<li>becoming more active<\/li>\n<li>how to look after your body and mind<\/li>\n<li>other NHS services and support<\/li>\n<li>living with diabetes, including driving, working and travelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"nhsuk-body nhsuk-u-margin-bottom-3\">You can use the Healthy Living programme whenever suits you, and for as long as you need &#8211; there is no limit to access so you can learn at your own pace. You can also find further information at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/mental-health\">www.nhs.uk\/mental-health<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can also contact your GP who will be able to provide advice on how to deal with your symptoms and talk to you about available treatments and support services that are available locally.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Keep Your Head<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.keep-your-head.com\/\">keep-your-head.com<\/a>\u00a0website provides information on mental health and wellbeing support and local services available for young people and adults across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How Are You (H.A.Y.)<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.haycambspboro.co.uk\/\">haycambspboro.co.uk<\/a>\u00a0is an interactive local website that brings together information on activities and support available in your local community to help boost mental health and wellbeing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lifeline\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifecraft.org.uk\/\">lifecraft.org.uk<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; Free, confidential helpline that you can call anonymously to talk to a trained volunteer.
