The Way You Access Medical Care Is Changing
From the 1st of October 2025 we are improving how you access care at Bottisham Medical Practice.
You can contact us with an issue from 8am (Monday to Friday).
You don’t have to join the morning queue to contact us. We recommend contacting us via the NHS App or our Online Service with any admin or clinical query. We will also be available on the telephone and in person for you to contact.
All requests for care will be triaged by a clinician and we will get back to you with the most appropriate support.
However you contact us, your request will be handled in the same way to ensure fair and equitable access to all.
