Leicester Midwife Referral

Use this service to self refer to the midwife service in Leicester.

You can use this service if you:

• are registered at the surgery
• are to have your baby in Leicestershire
• are newly pregnant or transferring to the surgery during pregnancy

This must be completed a minimum of 1 week before booking an appointment.

Kettering & Corby Midwife Referrals

For midwife referrals please see the below instructions:

• All expectant mothers are required to log on to the Kettering General Hospital website, search “Maternity Services”, click through to “Maternity Services” then scroll down to “Register your pregnancy” and click the link https://www.badgernotes.net/SelfReferral/CareLocation/ketteringmaternityservices. From this point you can begin completing the self-referral form.
• Once all details are completed, you will receive an appointment via email.
