Stiff neck? Severe headache? Child with a high pitched whimpering cry? Purple or blood coloured rash? Photo-phobic?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient a diabetic? Is the patient having breathing difficulties?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient having chest pains?<\/li>\n<li>Has the patient got a history of heart problems?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Overdose and Semi-conscious:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the patient unconscious or very drowsy?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient having breathing difficulties?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Overdose and fully conscious:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the patient having breathing difficulties?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient a danger to himself?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient a danger to others?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Severe breathlessness or collapse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the patient unconscious?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient semi-conscious?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient having breathing difficulties?<\/li>\n<li>Has the patient received a crushing or penetrating injury to head, neck, chest, abdo or thigh?<\/li>\n<li>Is the bleeding uncontrollable?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Serious head injury \/ Road accident:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the patient unconscious?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient having breathing difficulties?<\/li>\n<li>Is the patient fitting?<\/li>\n<li>Has the patient received a crushing or penetrating injury to head, neck, chest, abdo or thigh?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Epilepsy \/ Fitting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the patient still fitting? Is this the patient\u2019s first fit?<\/li>\n<li>Has the patient received a serious injury to the head?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Should I call for an Ambulance?
