Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) gives patients an opportunity to share their views and help us improve the services we provide at Manor Medical Practice.<\/p>\n

We want our PPG to represent the diverse community we serve and welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds to get involved.<\/p>\n

What does the PPG do?<\/h3>\n

The PPG provides a patient perspective on the practice and the services we provide.<\/p>\n

Members may have opportunities to:<\/p>\n

• share views and suggestions about practice services<\/li>\n
• provide feedback on proposed changes and developments<\/li>\n
• help us understand what matters to our patients<\/li>\n
• contribute ideas about how services and patient experience could be improved<\/li>\n
• help us communicate and engage with our wider patient population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The PPG is about improving services for our patient population as a whole. It isn’t a route for discussing individual medical concerns or complaints.<\/p>\n

  Who can join?<\/h3>\n

  Any patient registered at Manor Medical Practice can express an interest in joining our PPG.<\/p>\n

  You don’t need any particular experience or knowledge. We are keen to hear from people with different experiences and perspectives so that the group reflects the community we serve.<\/p>\n
