All you need to do is call the number of the service you require.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Tyneside Integrated Musculoskeletal Service<\/h2>\n<p>You can call us on 0191 4452643 to arrange an appointment, or for advice call the TIMS Helpline on the number at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p>You can contact the TIMS Helpline for advice, information and support on musculoskeletal pain if you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 and older and registered with a Gateshead or Newcastle GP practice.<\/li>\n<li>A clinical stakeholder working in primary or secondary care in Newcastle and Gateshead CCG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The TIMS Helpline is open:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesday 9:30am\u00a0to 3:30pm<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday 9:30am\u00a0to 12.00pm<\/li>\n<li>Thursday 9:30am\u00a0to 3:30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Call 0191 4456319 to speak to one of the staff.<\/p>\n<p>Tyneside integrated musculoskeletal service provides for all of the below problems.<\/p>\n<p>Back, Elbow, Foot &amp; ankle, Hand, Hip, Knee, Neck, Shoulder, Persistent pain, MSK Health in pregnancy, Escape pain.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Gateshead Talking Therapies<\/h2>\n<h3>What we do&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Our team of experienced workers support people to enable them to overcome their problems when they feel anxious, depressed or stressed.<\/p>\n<p>Gateshead Talking Therapies offer a free and confidential NHS service for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in Gateshead. We provide a range of psychological therapies to help you feel better if you\u2019re anxious, depressed, stressed or worried.<\/p>\n<p>We offer information courses, therapy groups and one-to-one therapy.<\/p>\n<p>We have been operating for over 10 years within the NHS and have built up a qualified and experienced workforce.
