{"id":519,"date":"2026-07-26T20:58:38","date_gmt":"2026-07-26T19:58:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/?page_id=519"},"modified":"2026-07-26T20:58:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T19:58:38","slug":"mental-health","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/mental-health\/","title":{"rendered":"Mental Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have an expert mental health OT who works with us each week.\u00a0If you are 18 or over with any of the following mental health problems give us a call and book in to see\u00a0Judith Sefton (Jude).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acute Distress \/ Low Mood \/ Depressed Mood \/ Anxiety<\/li>\n<li>If you are\u00a0on a\u00a0waiting list for NHS Northumberland Talking\u00a0Therapies and your mental health issues are worsening.<\/li>\n<li>If you have been declined \/ completed service from Northumberland Talking Matters<\/li>\n<li>Low mood and or anxiety symptoms unable to wait for IAPT service, needing containment acute distress\/ deterioration.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u00a0live\u00a0with long term physical health problems such as arthritis becoming low in mood, depressed and or anxious.<\/li>\n<li>Patients requiring review of fit note \u2013 MHP review and update GP of findings and opinion re work.<\/li>\n<li>Medication review, newly started on antidepressant<\/li>\n<li>Personality difficulties<\/li>\n<li>Mums\u00a0postnatal problems, anxious or low mood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exclusion criteria (you cannot be seen by the service and need to see a doctor if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Memory \/organic difficulties \/Dementia.<\/li>\n<li>Already open to another service in treatment \u2013 unless agreed i.e. support management plan.<\/li>\n<li>Needs being met by another service.<\/li>\n<li>Primary problem addiction to alcohol or substances.<\/li>\n<li>Under the age of 18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have an expert mental health OT who works with us each week.\u00a0If you are 18 or over with any of the following mental health&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-519","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/519","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=519"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/519\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/surgerywebtemp.org.uk\/a84604\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=519"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
