Tick the boxes for any medication you need next time and hand the slip to reception to request your repeat prescription.<\/p>\n<h2 data-block-key=\"dymb6\">Nominated Pharmacy:<\/h2>\n<p>You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from, We call this nominating a pharmacy. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/service-search\/pharmacy\/find-a-pharmacy\">pharmacy<\/a> that accepts repeat prescriptions<\/li>\n<li>on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk\/login\">NHS app<\/a><\/li>\n<li>at your GP practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"nhs-block-anchor-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions about Your Prescription<\/h2>\n<p>If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these.
