NHS App & Online Services

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App. The NHS App lets you access NHS services securely from your phone or tablet device and helps manage your healthcare.

You can register for the NHS app without visiting the surgery. All identity checks are carried out online, in the NHS App.

With the NHS App it is a simple and secure way to:

  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Find NHS services
  • View your GP health record
  • Get reminders and messages
  • And much more

The NHS App is free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To use the NHS App, you must be aged 13 or over and registered with a GP surgery in England.

Did you know you can view messages about your care in the NHS App? The NHS App is a simple and secure way to receive messages from your trusted health care providers. Turn on notifications for the NHS App to stay up to date,

Your notification settings need to be turned on in your phone.

  • To do this, go to your account and select Settings.
  • Then select Manage Notifications.
  • Select go to Device Settings.
  • Select Allow notifications.

Once you’ve enabled notifications on your device, you need to reopen the NHS App. Doing this confirms that you have registered to receive notifications:

Further Support

If you are unable to use the NHS App, or wish to request more detailed record access, you can complete a printed application form and attend the surgery in person to verify your identification.

Record Access

On request, we offer full access to your medical records (from the date of request).

Given the sensitive nature of the information that will be divulged, you will need to attend in person to confirm your ID and complete the below form.
